EUCAARI - The European Integrated project on Aerosol Cloud Climate and Air Quality Interactions
The European Integrated project on Aerosol Cloud Climate and Air Quality Interactions, EUCAARI, brings together the leading European research groups, state-of-the-art infrastructure and key players from third countries to investigate the role of aerosol on climate and air quality.
EUCAARI consortium consists of 48 partners from 25 countries (18 EU countries, 3 associated states, 4 developing countries with 3rd country status and the Joint Reseach Centre of European Commission). University of Helsinki is the coordinating institution.
Leeds are using GLOMAP to investigate a wide range of aerosol processes on the European and global scale, focussing on particle formation and impact on CCN.
